Refund Policy

Thirty days to change your mind. Damaged or wrong items are put right at no cost to you.

Refund eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds within 30 days of delivery. How it works depends on why the item is coming back.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us a photo at support@snugwellhome.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

Contact us first — returns must be approved before you send anything back
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
Return shipping is paid by the customer
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Once your return is approved, we'll email you the return address.

Holiday returns

Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31.

Non-refundable items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect — those are always put right.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method. Where no return is needed — a damaged, defective or wrong item — we process the refund as soon as we've seen your photo.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer. If the problem persists, email us at support@snugwellhome.com and we'll chase it with you.

Exchanges

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Exchanges are free. Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Want a different size or colour

Change-of-mind exchanges follow the same rules as returns: contact us first for approval, items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order and arrives 7 to 14 days after you order. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.
