Orders & shipping

How much is shipping?: Free on every order, with no minimum.
How long will my order take?: Orders arrive in 7 to 14 days.
Do you ship outside the US?: We ship to US addresses only.
How do I track my order?: We email your tracking details once your order ships.
Can I send a gift straight to someone?: Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?: You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
My order arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. What do I do?: Email a photo to support@snugwellhome.com and choose a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.
I changed my mind. Can I return it?: Yes. Email us for approval first. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, you pay the return shipping, and sale items can't be returned.
When can holiday gifts be returned?: Orders placed November 1 to December 24 can be returned until January 31.
When will I get my refund?: Within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?: Yes. Size and color changes follow the change-of-mind return rules. Exchanges for damaged, faulty or wrong items are free.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?: Major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link where your device supports them. Payments are handled by Stripe.
